There are huge reservoirs carved out of rocks inside the fort. Bhim Burj is the largest battlefield and there is a famous cannon mounted there.

Sukh Niwas Palaces are worth visiting. It evokes memories of Rudyard Kipling who stayed there and found inspiration for his famous work Kim.
Sar Bagh has 66 royal cenotaphs and step wells that provided water during summer. Chitra mahal has beautiful wall paintings of the famous Bundi School while the Zanana mahal and Badal mahal are also worth watching.
Pool sagar is an excellent and well-planned structure and has beautiful decoration of Rajput edifice. Taragrah has the same beauty and has a medieval atmosphere.
Rattan daulat is a very interesting structure forming a stable for nine horses and hatai pol. Naval sagar is a square artificial lake visible from the fort. It is broken up by islets and a temple of Lord Varuna stands half submerged in the lake.
Shopping in Bundi
The shops in Bundi are not very big but are very striking, as they have retained their medieval look. Bundi is very famous for its cotton carpets and miniature paintings. You can buy beautiful Kota saris, colorful shawls, wooden toys and stone statues in the market.
