By Rail : The nearest railway station is Ramganj mandi which is approximately 25 kms from Jhalawar. It is on the main line from Mumbai to Delhi and not all trains stop there. You can board Dehradun Express or the Frontier mail which have a stop at this station.

By Road : Jhalawar lies on the NH12. it is well connected to places like Bundi, Kota, Jaipur , etc. you can travel by state travel buses or some private deluxe bus and reach Jhalawar. The internal roads are good and you can hire taxis, auto-rickshaws and tongas to travel the beautiful surroundings of Jhalawar.
