By Air:

Jolly Grant Airport is the nearest domestic airport. The airport is located in Dehradun and is about 73 kms away from the city center of Kalsi. It is a newly constructed airport handling only few daily flights from New Delhi. Taxis and cabs are available from the airport to Kalsi and they charge around Rs. 1500. Nearest international airport is New Delhi which is situated about 285 kms away from Kalsi. It is well connected to all major cities in India & several major cities abroad. The nearest railhead is Dehradun which is positioned around 49 kms away from Kalsi. One can easily travel by train since there are many options available and it takes around 4-6 hours to reach Dehradun from Delhi. Taxis charge around Rs. 1000 from Dehradun railway station to Kalsi. By Road:

Kalsi is well connected to the neighboring towns by state owned buses. There are several buses plying between Dehradun & Kalsi; the distance between the two is about 49 kms. State owned buses charge a nominal amount while private deluxe buses charge a little higher. There are Deluxe Tourist buses available from Delhi for Kalsi. Also, one can drive down from Delhi by following the below given route.

Take up NH-1 till Pipli; take a right turn at Pipli on to Jagadhri-Poanta Sahib road, go on till Poanta Sahib via Khizrabad and Kalesar. At Poanta Sahib, cross River Yamuna onto Uttarakhand, then turn left towards Asan barrage and follow the road until Herbertpur; from here move onto Vikasnagar and finally Kalsi.

Kalsi is a small town near Dehradun and can be easily accessed from there.
