'Gallops' is a lavish restaurant in the precincts of the racecourse that is usually occupied by affluent people all through day and night. Its interiors have a bucolic charm about them; it also reminds one of the imperial palaces with light fixtures, curtained elegant carriages and bolts lining the wall and roof.
The restaurant serves Punjabi cuisine (naan and palak paneer, for example) and Western cuisine dishes such as fondue. It offers an excellent selection of wines and beers, providing Indian and Western varieties. To finish the meal, a dessert menu is provided--with options such as gulab jamun, cheesecake and apple cobbler.
