By Road :- There is a regular bus service between Delhi, Jaipur and Pilani. It is well connected by inter state bus terminals. You can take a direct bus to Chiwara from Delhi airport and reach Pilani. You can also take a direct bus from Delhi and Jaipur to Pilani.
